Attend ANY drop-in class ANYTIME.
All classes on the schedule are "drop-in" classes, except those labeled WORKSHOPS requiring registration.
Please be sure to check the Bulletin Board for class updates, changes, substitues, and holiday hours.
NEW LEVEL BREAKDOWN
FITNESS - anyone can take these, classes will have higher focus on fitness and an undertone of dance.
BASICS - these classes are for the new dancer or dancers who want to fine tune their skills. Movement will be taught at a slower pace and highly broken down.
EXPERIENCED - these classes are for anyone who has prior dance experience including at Free Soul. Movement will be taught at a faster pace and include a bit more challenging choreography.
ALL LEVEL - we are ready for ANYONE. Everyone is welcome to take these classes and focus will usually be on the style of the movement.
INT/ADV - for the highly experienced dancer. Class will be taught at the highest pace and introduce challenging movement in every class.
How to pick a class.
Remember, all classes are different based on each individual teacher's style and training. If you have a past had a bad experience or idea of a style in the past, please do not base your decisions solely on this. You are welcome to stop in and observe any class.
The best way to get a good idea of what a class is all about is to ask ask us more about it.

KEEP AN OPEN MIND:
Don't pre-classify yourself as "not a (insert any dance style) kind of person". Just try-out (or watch) a class, the worst that could happen is you don't love it and you can pick a different class.
